  • Washington Weather
Hey everyone! Ashlie Hardway here. We're in Washington County headed south on I-79. We just came from North Strabane - the roads were worse there than farther south in South Strabane - which was odd because Weather Watch 4's Erin Kienzle tells me the system is moving through the southern part of Washington County (so we thought the farther south we headed, the worse the conditions).

Anyway, within the past 45 minutes, things really ramped up here; snow is now laying on the grass and starting to very lightly lay on interstates/state roads. We have seen PennDOT trucks out laying salt brine. The WashCo director tells me they have 62 plow/salt trucks out in this county. We'll keep you posted.
